Re: What would it be like if Bruce Dickinson sang in other bands?

I don't think this dude sounded that much like Bruce. A little bit here and there but full blown impression, don't think so. But the dude can belt it out for sure.

Re: The Montreal Screwjob - 17 years later

Can't believe this was ever such a big thing. I guess it was Brett who made it what it is; crying about it so much. Like he was so wronged. It's wrestling. It's all scripted and you're an actor to the directors' whim. In listening to most of this clip it seems getting screwed over is just part of th...

Re: Well, shit the bed!

I saw this the other day but really have no idea who this dude is. I looked him up on IMDB and he's been in a crap ton of flicks, only like one I've seen, the Halloween remake from '07. Don't remember him though.

Timo Tolkki's Avalon

Been listening to Timo Tolkki's Avalon - Return To Eden. Been listening to it a whole lot actually. Timo really composed some incredible songs for this album. Might be better than the first Avalon album, "The Land of New Hope", which was outstanding. For those of you who may not be familar, Timo Tol...

Bummer, I thought he was returning for the next album and subsequent tour. Was looking forward to hearing him perform live again. Dude was amazing and really helped make the shows.

Re: RIP

Aw man what a bummer. Rutger Hauer was one of, if not my favorite actor. He was in some way cool flicks and this article didn't even mention his best works: Surviving the Game Wed Lock Hostile Waters Blind Fury ...all great movies and he killed it in those roles. And the dude had a pretty cool, bada...

Re: Candlebox @ El Rey Theater

Hmm. Wasn't into them back in the day but appreciate some of their tunes these days. Could be worth checking out if for no other reason that they are playing their debut alb in its entirety. I like when bands do that.

Wow would have never recognized Razor these days. Had forgotten about that match. It had some good stuff. It's cool that the participants are still around to do some commentary.

Re: Children of Bodom - Hexed / In Flames - I, The Mask

In Flames back to their roots? Unfortunately, no. I read recently that they'll never go back to what they were when they put out Jester Race, Whoracle, Colony, and Clayman. But they did put out a pretty solid album this go around so give it a chance. Don't expect to sound like the In Flames of old ...

Re: Within Temptation and In Flames

K I'm torn. I'm not sure because I'm going there to see Dream Theater on the 21 & 22. Kind of don't want to basically spend the week down there. Tha's enduring a lot of LA traffic in a short time. When were you thinking of getting a ticket? Also I'm not sure I'd want to stick around for much of With...

Man that dude can talk and talk and talk. Before I knew it I had listened to 3 episodes and I don't think he ever took a breath. But good WWE history lessons.
